RETURN POLICY
Online Policy: If you have any issues with your item, please contact info@unheardofbrand.com-UNheardof offers an online store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Shipping charges are not included in the final amount for store credit. Any shipping charges due to exchanging items are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any cancelled online order is subject to a 5% Restocking Fee to cover third party fees we do not get back. We DO NOT profit off of these fee's. Any return requested outside of the 14 day window will NOT be honored. Any *Launch day or *Quick Strike items are NOT eligible for return. Any items marked “on sale” or “final sale” are non returnable. If you are returning shoes they must be shipped back in a shipping box with no labels applied to the manufacture's shoe box. All items must be returned with the original box, tags laces and inserts as these are all part of the product. Original Shipping Costs are non refundable.
Risks of Fraud- If our system flags your order as any risk of fraud, the order is refunded and subject to a 10% fee due to third party processing fees that we as a company do not receive back.
*Launch Day/ Quick strike Items- Any product that has a set release date. For example “Nike Dunk High has a release date for 1-1-2024 at 9am” is considered launch day product. All Quick Strike items have Launch dates. Launch day/ Quick Strike items are NOT eligible for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. No Exceptions.
In Store Policy: Items purchased in store are eligible for 14 day Store Credit or Exchange only. Any items attempted to be returned outside the initial 14 days from purchase date will not be granted, No exceptions. No cash refund’s will be granted, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any *Launch day or *Quick Strike items are NOT eligible for return. Any noticeably worn or used items are NOT eligible for return. All items must be returned with original tags and receipt. No receipt, No return, No exceptions. Any items purchased on sale, marked Final Sale or otherwise discounted for any reason are NOT eligible for returns.

Terms- All items must be returned with the original accessories included. This means original box, tags, laces, inserts, etc as these are a part of the product. All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and in the condition in which they were purchased in. All items such as socks and underwear are final sales.
Lost, missing or damaged package: The customer agree's to and assumes all risks when ordering an online item that requires shipment. This includes damaged, lost, stolen or missing packages. Once we turn over a package to the shipping provider and the tracking number updates as shipped, we are no longer in control of or financially responsible for the package. Any damaged, lost, stolen or otherwise missing packages are the responsibility of the shipping provider the customer chooses at checkout. To contact USPS customer support to file a claim for a lost or stolen package call 1-800-275-8777. We offer no refunds for damaged, lost, stolen or missing packages that were the result of the shipping provider.
Legal- UNheardof is entitled the right to refuse any return for any reason. We bear the right to deal with returns on a case by case basis. However, any returns that meet are policy’s guidelines will be accepted. We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing UNheardof!
