UNHEARDOF X FCC ALL FOR CINCY FORUM LOW

UNHEARDOF X Adidas come together in celebrating the 10th Year Anniversary of FC Cincinnati with a Limited Edition Forum Low. 

Growing up in the inner city, Phil and his friends used sports as a coping mechanism to help survive their environment and spent every waking second outside. With little money to spare, the friends had to make do with whatever equipment they could get their hands on. Most of the time, that meant having to play basketball with a soccer ball, or kicking around a worn out basketball when they couldn’t find a soccer ball. In fourth grade, Phil decided to focus on soccer. A decision that paid off as he became one of his team’s star players. He wanted to be a professional soccer player, but puberty hit him hard in middle school. The changes to Phil’s body caused him to lose his primary weapon of speed, which cost him his spot on the team. Phil was devastated but decided to return to basketball and tried out for his sixth grade team.

Unfortunately, that produced the same results as his soccer tryout. He was told he was just too slow. This crushed Phil’s confidence, so he fully embraced his “Pork Chop” moniker and never played organized sports again. This may have been a blessing in disguise, as that summer, Pork Chop received his first skateboard. These events would completely alter Phil’s future, eventually leading to the founding of UNHEARDOF.

The UNHEARDOF X FC Cincinnati Adidas Forum Low “All For Cincy” is a modified take on an Adidas Originals lifestyle basketball shoe. This version of the Forum Low sees the ankle strap and lockdown collar removed, and its original tongue swapped with the taller, soccer influenced Adidas Gazelle Indoor tongue. The shoe features premium pig nubuck uppers, 3M reflective debossed brand DNA graphics, FCC and Adidas co-branded embroidery on the tongues, and custom UNHEARDOF branded graphic insoles. 

The “Orange Kit” colorway pays tribute to the uniforms FC Cincinnati wore when they captured the Supporters’ Shield in 2023. The uppers are FCC Orange pig nubuck with an FCC Blue collar lining, and chalk white toeboxes and tongues. The iconic 3 Stripes are Metallic Silver leather, representing the Supporters’ Shield trophy. The “Orange Kit” upper features a wraparound graphic of the team’s motto “All For Cincy” debossed in gothic 3M reflective silver. All this sits atop a chalk white rubber cupsole with a translucent gum rubber outsole.
